Where we ship

We currently ship to addresses in the United States, including APO/FPO addresses.

 

Shipping cost

Standard tracked shipping is FREE on every order.

 

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation with tracking once it ships.

 

Delivery time

Most orders arrive within 7-12 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays.

 

Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please contact us.

 

Lost or damaged packages

If your tracking shows no movement for 10 business days, or your package arrives damaged, contact us with your order number and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

 

Incorrect addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Contact us immediately if you need to correct it; we can update it only before the order ships.
