We want you to love your Ferro power bank. If you're not satisfied for any reason, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund of the product price.

 

How to start a return

Contact us through our Contact page with your order number. We'll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot process unannounced returns.

 

Conditions

Items must be returned with all original accessories (cable, carabiner) and packaging where possible. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 30 days with your order number and a photo. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, and you won't need to pay for return shipping.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they ship. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.

 

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order.
